Before I became GF I would always cook my family (as a special treat) Lasagna-less Lasagna. I used a manacoti or penne noodle instead of Lasagna noodles and I filled them with Ricotta cheese, covered them with sauce and baked in the oven for 40 mins (I covered them with cheese during the last 10-16 mins) After I became GF I worried that I wouldn’t find another good noodle for one of my favorite recipes. Well I finally found it!

bionaturae Organic Penne Rigate, Gluten Free, 12-Ounce Bags (Pack of 6)

It tastes just like real pasta! So much so that I used some of their spaghetti once and fed it to my family and they didn’t even notice the difference! In fact they all said it tasted better! It’s deff. worth trying! You cook it the same way as wheat noodles, no rinsing and it doesn’t clump up!

You can buy it on amazon.com (link at the bottom) or look for it in your local health food/grocery store!
